Description Customer Service Coordinator
Report to – Customer Service Manager
The Job
To gain customer requirements, collate and forward accurate information through the department to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, especially regarding accurate and timely deliveries.
To process orders, amendments and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner, keeping customers fully informed
To actively participate in the contribution of the Customer Service Department to achieve business targets and key performance criteria.
The Duties
• To liaise with various departments including planning, transport and External Sales to ensure customer requirements are met.
• To process orders, amendments and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner whilst keeping customers fully informed.
• To ensure all relevant management procedures
• Processing of customer quality complaints.
• Responsible for maintaining agreed stock levels where applicable and keeping check of old stocks.
• Processing of customer artwork briefs up until customer approval of artwork
• Measuring of customer OTIF (On Time in Full) and feedback to relevant personnel
• Provide Reception cover in lunchtime and breaks.
The Person
To be considered for this role you must have: -
• Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
• Educated to at least GCSE/O Level standard (Grade A-C)
• Be computer literate
• Must be able to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines
• Must be a good team player
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be self-motivated
